Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we get straight to work. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday.
During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take an additional day or two. If any delay is expected, we will notify you promptly via email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Timeframe
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days worldwide. This timeframe applies to all destinations we ship to.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. The total shipping charge will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you have made an error with your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@frostbuddymall.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Frost Buddy Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided. If you encounter this situation, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. We are happy to assist in any way we can, so please reach out to us with your order number and any relevant information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
