📦 Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. Estimated delivery times vary by destination — typically 3–7 business days domestic, and 7–14 business days international.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Frost Buddy Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided. If you encounter an issue, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Frost Buddy! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns due to buyer’s remorse are subject to a restocking fee (if applicable) and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return: Email us at support@frostbuddymall.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return address and further instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Frost Buddy Mall offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it — either a replacement or store credit.
Note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
