2. Shipping & Delivery
Processing:Â Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Carriers:Â We ship via reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delays:Â While we provide estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if your package is significantly overdue.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:Â Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items:Â For hygiene reasons, used drinkware, and any personalized/customized products cannot be returned unless defective.
Process: Initiate a return by contacting our support team at support@frostbuddyhub.com. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds:Â Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges:Â We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process and note your desired exchange.
4. Product Warranty
FrostBuddyHub products are built to last. We offer a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective item. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper care (e.g., dishwasher damage if not dishwasher-safe). To file a warranty claim, email us at support@frostbuddyhub.com.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@frostbuddyhub.com. Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
