If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable

  • Products with damaged packaging that affects the item itself

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to make a return? Here's how:

  1. Email us at support@frostbuddymall.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return address and specific instructions.

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error wrong item sent, defective product, or damage during shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • If the return is for personal preference changed mind, ordered wrong size, or no longer needed: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, here's what happens next:

  1. Inspection: We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

  2. Approval: We'll notify you via email once your refund is approved.

  3. Processing: Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or size, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item following the steps above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.

This ensures you get your new Frost Buddy as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including all shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you've done both and still need help, email us at support@frostbuddymall.com and we'll investigate right away.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement before processing begins. To cancel an order, please email us immediately with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the regular return process.
